Connect WizStatus to Pushover
Receive real-time monitoring alerts on your mobile devices via Pushover. WizStatus uses each user's Pushover application and user key to deliver incident notifications with prioritized sounds, quiet hours support and per-device targeting.

Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up the integration
Create a Pushover account and install the app
Sign up at pushover.net, then install the Pushover mobile app on your phone and sign in. Your user key is displayed on the dashboard.
Tip
The mobile app requires a one-time purchase after a 30-day trial.
Register a Pushover application
On pushover.net, go to "Your Applications" and click "Create an Application/API Token". Name it "WizStatus" and copy the generated API token.
Warning
Keep your API token secret. WizStatus stores it encrypted.
Add the Pushover channel in WizStatus
Go to Settings > Alert Contacts, click Add Channel, choose Pushover, and paste your user key and API token. Optionally pick a priority, sound or device.
Tip
Leave priority on Auto to let WizStatus derive it from incident severity.
Send a test alert
Click Test on the channel card to confirm the configuration. The notification should arrive on all devices signed into your Pushover account within seconds.
Tip
If nothing arrives, check the Pushover app is logged in and background notifications are enabled.
