Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up the integration
Start a Chat with WizStatus Bot
Search for @WizStatusBot on Telegram and start a conversation. Send /start to initialize the bot and receive your unique Chat ID.
Tip
You can also add the bot to a group to receive alerts there.
Copy Your Chat ID
The bot will respond with your Chat ID. Copy this ID - you'll need it to configure the integration in WizStatus.
Warning
For group chats, make sure the bot has permission to send messages.
Configure in WizStatus
Go to Settings > Notifications, click "Add Integration", select Telegram, and paste your Chat ID. Configure which alerts you want to receive.
Tip
You can create multiple Telegram integrations for different monitors or alert types.
Test the Integration
Click "Send Test Alert" to verify the connection. You should receive a test message in your Telegram chat within seconds.
Tip
If you don't receive the message, ensure you've started the bot and the Chat ID is correct.
