Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up the integration

Create an Incoming Webhook

In Teams, navigate to the channel for alerts. Click the three dots (...) > Connectors > Incoming Webhook > Configure. Name it "WizStatus" and copy the webhook URL.

Tip

Create a dedicated channel like "Monitoring Alerts" for better organization.

Add to WizStatus

Go to Settings > Notifications > Add Integration > Microsoft Teams. Paste the webhook URL.

Warning

Webhook URLs contain authentication tokens - keep them secure.

Configure Alerts

Select which monitors and alert types should notify this Teams channel.

Tip

Consider separate channels for different environments (production vs staging).
